Industrial MagnetsMagnets exist since the creation of the universe and the magnetic force can be observed and felt. The basic functions of the magnet revolve around the basic principles of north and south poles. Each magnet has one north and south pole each and joining them emit magnetic lines of flux.
Magnetic separators are used in the detection of magnetic (ferrous) and paramagnetic material contamination removes both from the process line. These industrial magnets are widely used in various process industries due to high efficiency.

Raw Material UsedWe make extensive use of Rare Earth- Neodymium Iron Boron magnets and ferrite magnet to manufacture industrial magnetic systems. These includes Drum Separators (Single & Double Drum), Magnetic Over Band Magnets, Magnetic Pulleys, Magnetic Plates, "U" shape Magnets, Magnetic High Powered Grills, Magnetic Lifting Devices, Electro-Permanent Magnetic Chucks.
Rare Earth Neodymium Iron Boron magnetic material possess extreme high-energy products thus, enabling in the production of separators with very high Surface Magnetic Induction up to 12500 Gauss. Normaly the working temperature for this Rare Earth material is 60ºC. For high temprature we can used special grade of rear earth magnets which can oprate up to 200ºC We can manufacture separators that can operate at temperatures up to 250ºC-275ºC, by using Samarium Cobalt Magnets for such a Special Application. Ferrite on the other hand is a ceramic material used in large quantities in a separator. Further, we can generate deep reaching flux fields up to almost 12 inches.
