Magnetic Systems

We are engaged in manufacturing a unique range of permanent magnetic pulleys. These replace the drive pulleys at the end of conveyor belts. These permanent magnetic pulleys is used to extract iron particles from material flow and carry them underneath the belt from where they can be easily removed and collected.

The version available with permanent magnets has the following features:

High intensity magnetic grills that can be fitted in existing hoppers, pipe line or outlets or various equipment such as pulverisor and blenders.

In the standard type, the single row of magnetic elements is placed at specific distances and the multilayer type magnetic grills are mounted above each other in a zigzag manner for effective cleaning. In case of Self Cleaning type Magnetic Grill the Magnetic Elements can be cleaned just by pulling them out. As there is Separation Sleev over Magnetic Elements. The cleaning becomes very easy.

Our range gauss meter is designed in compliance with international quality standards. Fabricated using finest quality raw material our array is widely used by our clients for measuring measure DC magnetic field. Along with this our meter operates on 9V battery as well as on external 9V DC regulated supply.

Magnetic Humps are used where the flow of material is vertical. The material strikes directly on the first magnet changes direction and falls over the second magnet, ensuring clean outflow of material. The Magnets are of Hinged type and can be easily opened for periodic cleaning. Hump Magnets can be supplied to suit any size of Pipe/Duct.

Vibro Screen incorporates the advanced technology in screen design. The multiplane mechanical vibrations are obtained by special motor with shaft extended on both sides having eccentric adjustable weights. The motor is mounted in Vertical plane. The complete assembly of screen which allows the system to vibrate freely in multi-direction. While the upper eccentric weight on motor imparts horizontal motion. The lower eccentric weight addes to vibrations in vertical plane. The net result is high screening efficiency . The flow pattern of the powder on the surface is controlled by varying the position of bottom eccentric weight as explained later.

Perfect Seperation :
Due to advanced vibration technology the seperation in near perfect.

Long Screen Life :
The screen cloth is held in the frame very tight by a special process. This gives long life to the screen.

No Clogging of Screen :
As the Screen vibrates in multiplane the holes of the screen remain clear. Additional antilinding system is provided for difficult and wet materials.

Compact Design :
This screen occupies less than half the spaces as occupied by any other screen of same capacity.

Useful in Wet Screening :
The screen works on solid-liquid seperation efficiency.

Replacements of Screen Frames Simple :
Replacing or adding of extra deck and screen frame is simple operation. Even lower deck could be changed without disturbing the upper decks.

Multi Purpose Versatile Use :
Due to its unique design, the same screen, the same screen can be put to multi purpose.

Totally Enclosed Pollution Free :
The screen is totally enclosed enclosed such that no dusting takes place even in the finest classification.

Economy in Power Consumption :
This design of machine consumes less power than other traditional screens of identical capacity.

Material of Construction :
The screen is normally manufactured using all the construct parts of AISI 304 stainless steel. However screen in M.S. construction can be manufactured on request due to cost consideration.

Silent Opertion :
The machine has perfectly designed coil springs so that no vibrations are transfered on the floor.
