The early ninetieth decade saw a bright flower blossoming in the turf of the steel manufacturing industry. This bloom is none other than MAGNUM STEELS LTD. The man behind the Magnum Steels Ltd. is I.C.Jindal, an experienced industrialist and the creator of a group of companies in the same sector. Jindal, a Chartered Accountant by qualification, began his first enterpreneurial odyssey in 1989 and conceptualized Magnum in 1994. Mr. Jindal is the Chairman of this company. Within a short span of time, Magnum positioned itself as number one in terms of quality in the orb of spring steel industry. Today, at the turn of the century, we form the backbone of modern India with a range of essential application steel products. Our steel plant is located at Banmore, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. At present, five re-rolling mills of various sizes, viz.20, 16, 12, 10 and 7 respectively and 6 electric furnaces of 6 tonne each for melting purposes comprise part of our machinery. We produce more than 1,00,000 tonnes of output annually with 100% utilization capacity and capturing a 20%market share. We have our corporate office located in the Asaf Ali Road hub of the national capital metropolis with a branch office in Indore and sales office in Gwalior. Our greatest strength is our dedicated, qualified and experienced team of 1,500 personnel comprising engineers, daily wage workers and others assisted by the spirited leadership of a board of Directors. Consistency in terms of quality of the product, timely delivery and highly competitive prices is of decisive significance to us.
