Electro Permanent Plate is a device which is used for clamping mould on injection moulding machine and press machine. It avoids mechanical clamping and saves mould setting periods which results into high productivity as well as accuracy.
An EPM plate requires power supply to de-energies only(OFF), during the operation, power supply is not required. EPM generates more magnetic power to create rigid and uniform clamping force hence it ensures about reliable clamping.

Demagnetizer is required to eliminate residual magnetism of work piece, which is automatically generated due to manufacturing process like turning, milling grinding operations. Demagnetizer are available in suitable sizes and shapes.

Our magnetic 'v' block consists of three magnetic surface top, bottom with 90 degree angle and end surface opposite from switch. The magnetic surface is activated by ON-OFF switch. The main 'V' angle and bottom surface is provided with hardened steel plates that ensures extra wear resistance. They are used for grinding, drilling and light milling operations.
