Our organization offers the highest grade stack monitoring kit for the measurement of quality of emissions from stack. Our network is spread all over the world that helps to understand the varied needs of our clients so that we can serve them in better manner. The stack emission is used for the measurement of common pollutants that are emitted out of processes and fuel burning. This helps to assess pollution, check status of manufacturing equipments, pollution control equipments, statutory compliance, internal audit, save fuel, improve efficiency of manufacturing equipments, save money by saving on wastage, improvement environment and better working environment.
In order to make stack monitoring kit more efficient a sampling hole of dia. 150mm is provided on the stack, about 6 to 8 times the dia. of the stack after the entry gas entry point and about 2 times the dia. of the stack before the end point. In addition to this, a working platform of 1x1.5m capable of taking load of 500 kg (2 persons) is required to be provided. Single Phase electrical supply of 230 V is required for the monitoring instruments. The sampling exercise takes about 3 to 4 hours time for each stack for drawing Suspended Particulate Matter and common gaseous pollutants.
The stack monitoring kit is used to measure temperature, velocity of gases and pressure inside the stack. This is very important for carrying out proper representative sampling at ISO-kinetic conditions. Our quick calculations on site enable us to decide the sampling rate for Suspended Particulate Matter (SPM). The SPM sample is filtered in a thimble firmly held in a thimble holder. This is pre-weighed and post weighed in laboratory in a balance accurate up to 0.0001gm to determine gravimetrically the SPM collected. Using the sampling rate and the duration of sampling, concentration of SPM in emissions is calculated in terms of milli-gram/Nm3, which is a standardized gas volume at 250C. The Gases are sampled in appropriate absorbing solutions kept in impinger tubes. These are then analyzed in the laboratory as per the well defined standard. We provide the results within 2-3 days after the sampling is over. The report is given in standard format indicating all monitoring values (3 copies).
