Silica Gel
Silica
Gel for Column Chromatography
Column Chromatography is today one of the most important
and widely used techniques for the separation and analysis of complex
organic mixtures. Silica Gel for column chromatography are available in any
desired particle size for pilot plant or plant applications.
The different mesh sizes manufactured by us are as follows:
- 60/120 mesh. (120-250) micron.
- 100/200 mesh. (75-150) micron.
- 70/230 mesh. (equivalent to Davision 62) (63-200) micron.
- 230/400 mesh. (37-63) micron.
- 70/325 mesh. (45-200) micron.
- 30/200 mesh. (equivalent to Davision 12)

Application : In separation and purification of
organic compounds, steroids, amino acids, dyes, alkaloids, phenolic
compounds and pharmaceutical intermediates.
Silica
Gel for Thin Layer Chromatography. (TLC)
Silica Gel with calcium sulphate (CaSo4 ½ H2O) as binder is by far the
most extensively used adsorbent in Thin layer chromatography because of the
excellent separation it affords. When coated on a plate in the form of thin
layer it serves as a versatile solid stationary phase for adsorption and
partition chromatography.
Application : Silica Gel - 'G' can be successfully employed in both
qualitative and quantitative analysis of alkaloids, amino acids, oils and
fats, vitamins, plant pigments, drugs and sugars.

Activated Aluminium Oxide
Activated Aluminium Oxide for Column Chromatography
Aluminium Oxide is most popular adsorbent used in chromatography. The three
different grades manufactured by us are as follows:

Application :
In separation and purification of dyes, intermediates, alkaloids, steroids,
aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons. Capacity of production of our plant for
different type of Alumina is 150 T/Year.
ISO-Propyl Alcohol
Solvent used in the pharmaceutical, food and perfumery
industry.
The different grades of Isopropyl Alcohol manufactured by us are as
follows.
- Food Grade 'F'
- Perfumery Grade 'P'
- Coating Grade 'GR'

'GR' - Grade conforms to I.P and B.P specifications.
Capacity of production of our plant for different grades of Isopropyl
Alcohol is 120 T/Year.
