Prior to the application of Agrarian reforms, Raja Sajjan Singh was the last chief of Khandela. He had a son named as Rajkumar jait Singh, the 14 th successor of Raja Raisal. Thakur Hanwant Singh is the present care taker of the all the things inherited to him. This hotel was built in the name of the ancestral home town and reflects the traditional touch of Rajput style. A state-of-the art architectural piece built with red and pink stones leaves a person stunned upon its first look.
