We offer Level Transmitters that provide reliable and precise results combined with durability. Focusing on the principle of reed resistance / permanent basis, these switches acts like center arm of a potentiometer. As per liquid level float moves up or down, magnet inside the float operates the reed switches thereby causing a change in resistance value. Change in the resistance is measured by the electronics unit or conditioned as a current output of 4 to 20 mA. Signal conditioner is head mounted and of 2-wire loop powered suitable for 12 to 24 VDC giving output of 4 to 20 mA.

Operating temperature range of reedswitches is -40 deg. C to 125 deg C. The stainless steel float-guide pipe, containing the PCB of reedswitches and resistances, is solidly filled with MgO Powder. Hence this is suitable for subzero temperature.

Reedswitches are protected against mechanical damage & contact corrosion & vibration.

Since an outer protection tube is provided (for applications like LPG, where external cage is not possible) the reedswitch sensor assembly can be replaced without disturbing the process.

Since the float is of 200mm dia with specific gravity -0.4(for LPG) it will have higher buoyant fore. For standard applications float shall be of 48mm or 68mm in diameter.

Above all float is the only moving part. No wear and tear

The Tuning Fork switches are designed to detect low or high levels of liquids. These switches are based on the vibrating tuning fork principle, using piezoelectric crystals. The switch vibrates at a resonant frequency. When the tuning fork is submerged in the product, the frequency changes. "Suvidha" make cable float switch is a control device for filling & discharging pumps, motor & magnetic valves. It is also an alarm device at certain pre-defined surface levels. It is suitable for non-flammable liquids at 250 Volts. Indangourous environments (e.g. wells & pumping stations) we recommend 24 V voltages. In potentially explosive atmospheres (e.g. oil tanks) the switch can be used in conjunction with (Ex) i-isolator switch units. Due to its large float casing the float switch has buoyancy which guarantees smooth, trouble-free operation under all conditions. The switch has double chamber and a final remoulding finish to make it absolutely hermetic.

We offer By-Pass Type Level Gauges that is a stand pipe which is attached to the side of a tank or vessel across two process connections. With this direction connection, the filing level in the standpipe corresponds exactly to the level within the vessel.

It is a simple, accurate and maintenance free and reliable float operated technique adopted for tank gauging in large Non pressurized storage tank where to get a level within 1" or 2" of liquid level is satisfactory and provides the additional convenience of being able to read out at 100 or 200 ft. away from the tank.

Follower Type: A borosilicate indicator glass tube and scale assembly is attached to the outside of the float chamber. Inside the glass tube is a red colored indicator containing a magnet. When the float moves up or down, due to magnetic coupling the red color indicator also moves along with that indicating the liquid level. An aluminum channel protects the glass tube.

The Roller Type: indicator consists of a series of magnets which are colored red on one side and white on the other side. As the magnetic float passes the roller magnets rotate through 180 degrees to show the other color-red indicating liquid space and white vapor.

Non Invasive Switches: In this case the electric contacts are actuated by the magnetic float when it moves as per liquid
level. These switches provide a low cost, reliable alarm and control action without making additional cut-outs in the
vessel. The externally adjustable mounting arrangement make it easy to adjust the set point or service the switch
anytime without interrupting the process.

"Mahalaxmi" make model MLS-04/MLS -16 magnetic level switches work on the principle of magnetic repulsion and therefore they are glandless & leak proof instuments. A permanent magnet fitted in the tail piece of the float repels another magnet inside the switch housing which in turn operates an SPDT micro switch. Micro switch contacts can be utilized for initiating audio-visual signals or pump control.

Top Mounted Level Switches work on permanent Magnet Reedswitch basis. The floats which contain permanent Magnets move freely between their stops rising or falling with Liquid level movement. Hermetically sealed within the tube are reed switches, Completed isolated from the medium. The Magnet's field actuated the reed switch as the float moves while the stoppers restrict overrun and prevent the reed switch returning to its original position. Stopper positions should not be changed.
