We introduce ourselves as of the leading producers of Textile Felt Blanket and Wrapper Cloth in Northern Region. Our unit is located at Panchkula near Chandigarh (INDIA). The endless textile felt blankets is used in finishing, ironing lustering, softening of fabrics. It is used in all types of cloth used for Dress Material, Suiting, Shirting, Trousers, Undergarments, Denim Cloth, Crushed Cloth, Bed Covers, Bed Sheet, Towels, Curtain Cloths etc.

Since 1987, we are engaged in manufacturing and supply to Textile Felts and Wrapper Cloth to many reputed industries throughout India and Abroad. Our plant is fully equipped with requisite plant and machinery and the entire process is undertaken in house.

1. Do not allow felt surface to come in contact with floor, crates or equipment.
2. Do not handle felt with hooks, chains, cables, or small diameter bars when installing or removing.
3. Do not increase tension on the felt beyond the minimum required.
4. Release felt tension at shutdown.
5. When the machine is not in use, the felt should not be kept in contact with hot surface. Insert cardboard in between the drum and the felt.
6. It is advisable to use minimum steam pressure in order to have better life of the felt.
7. After mounting the felt on the machine, it should be allowed to dry run continuously for at least two hours.

The felt should be carefully removed from its case and should be kept on edge upright in cylinderical form. If the felt has been in case for a considerable time, it is necessary to open it to its full length and let it remain in that position for about an hour.
