Inspection Table

Inspection table is standard model as well as custom built depending upon product shape, size & production rate. Also it depends upon nature of inspection. For non-standard requirement, it can be design as require.

Standard inspection table have a unit long conveyor with 3 tracks, centre for inspected & OK, while either side is for uninspected for operators. No. of operators depend upon production rate / sped & necessary lighting hood with black & white background is provided over the conveyor.

As per latest trend in Pharma Industry, Pre Filled Syringe is the fool-proof & safest medical device for any life saving I.V. drug & vaccines. Pre-filled Syringe filling & stoppering Machine is having different models depending upon capacity required.

It is available in at a time 1/5/10 syringe filling & stoppering. Machine for a single syringe is a semi auotmatic model while other two of 5/10 are automatic models for filling. Tub of 100 syringes has to be place on S.S. table whose movement is controlled by pneumatics for precise operation, while micro-filling is controlled by Servo/stepper drives for precise accuracy.

Stoppering is done under vacuum in a sealed chamber with a different options as required
