This is a general purpose batch distillation unit to be operated under vaccum.

Heating bath heats and evaporates the content of the vessel. Vapour enters into the packed column and gets fractionated. Vapour of low boiling liquid enters into the condenser, gets condensed and is collected into the twin receivers. From the final receiver, distillate can be removed without breaking the vaccum.The unit is complete with a spherical vessel, drain valve, heating bath, thermometer pocket, liquid inlet, packed column, a coil condenser, product cooler, and twin receivers.

The unit is a available in vessel size of 20, 50, 100 and 200 Litres.

This is a general purpose batch reaction distillation unit to be operated at atmospheric pressure, or vaccum.The only difference of this unit from fractional unit is
that it is provided with agitator and liquid addition vessel.

The unit is complete with a spherical vessel, drain valve, heating bath, thermometer pocket, liquid addition vessel, agitator, packed column, a coil condenser, product cooler, and twin receivers.

While heating bath heats and evaporates the contents of the vessel, the stirrer agitates to avoid heat spots. Vapour enters the condenser through reflux divider &
gets condensed. The condensate is then cooled by a product cooler and collected into a receiver.

The unit is complete with a spherical vessel, drain valve, heating bath, thermometer pocket, liquid addition vessel, stirring assembly with drive, coil condenser with vapour pipeline, reflux divider, product cooler, receiver with drain valve.
