We are a quality driven organization approved by Toyo and IBR. We have set up a total quality control department manned by professional and qualified quality officers who employ stringent measures to minimize errors from the very apex of production procedure.

Our team of quality control managers further ensure that the processes followed at our production facilities meet the laid down specifications and norms, which in turn helps us produce high quality products at competitive prices.


Infrastructure

We posses a state of the art infrastructure, with has as many as 6 well equipped manufacturing units that sprawl over an area of about 8000 sq mt of space. Apart from the factories, we also have a centrally located administrative office, which takes care of the other involved functions of the organization. Our production facilities consist of technically upgraded machinery that include:
  • Hammer machine
  • Cutting machine
  • Lathe machine
  • Radial machine
  • Physical and chemical equipment.


These machines help us to successfully undertake various complicated production procedures like cutting, melting etc. Also enables us to produce around 100-200 tons of finished material.


Team

We have a team of experienced and qualified professionals who ably look after all the activities of our organization. Our man power includes team of polymer engineers, technologists, technicians, skilled factory workers, r&d personnels and other administrative staff. The division of work under different departments aids us in successfully handling different functions of the company. Warehousing & Packaging

We have in house storage facilities to aid storing of finished parts. This ensures our successfully catering to the bulk order demands of our clients.



Our company also has well developed packing department that packs all our goods in space effective and safe packagings. All our flanges and other parts of machinery are packed in gunny bags or jute bags.
