• MEM PCC/MCC and Bus Duct are successfully type tested at Central Power Research Institute, Bhopal for Verification of Short Circuit Strength at 50KA RMS for one second as per the IS : 8623

• MEM PCC is successfully tested at CPRI, Bhopal for Degree of protection IP:55 /65 as per IS : 2147. The covers and doors are well gasketed with neoprene rubber gaskets.

• Bus Bars made of electrolytic grade aluminium alloy/ copper with certified % IACS conductivity.

• Rigorous metal strength through 7 tank process carried out on sheet steel work maintaining required temperature, Ph and titration pointage before painting as per the IS : 3618

• Power Coating with imported Electrostatic Powder gun GEMA make and fully conveyorised Powder Coating Plant with booth and oven.

• Best available powder is used and for durability of paint is baked at 200 degree celcius.

• Temperatures maintained at 40 degree celcius for degreasing and 80 degree celcius for hot phosphating.

• Separate bus bars chambers isolated from cable alleys and unit feeder chamber for extra safety for maintenance staff.

• Design facilitating adequate space for cable or bus duct terminaton and providing required cable supports.

• Designed to meet climatic conditions.

• All live parts are properly shrouded by means of acrylic sheet in order to ensure any accidental contact with live parts during maintenance.
