• Stability studies are carried out
• Self inspection and qulaity audit is conducted at regular intervals
• Separate areas is maintained for physio-chemical and biological and microbiological analysis
• Testing of raw material, packing material, bulk and finish products is carried out as per pharmacopeial standard or in-house standard

Besides this, we are also following specific procedures that ensure systematic working like :

• In process checks are carried out and records are maintained as a part of batch records wherever applicable
• Validation and calibration programs are routinely followed
• Calibration is done for equipments as per schedule
• Status labels are attached to all equipments during operations with conspicuous label bearing the name of product, batch number and operation stage with supervisor’s signature

Further, our company does not use any hazardous and / or toxic materials in the manufacturing operations.
