Need identification & Life style studies:

We identify the requirements of the client through interaction and then conduct a comprehensive study with the help of market surveys, market tends, detailed study of the product, social class of customers etc., so as to give recommendations and suggestions to arrive at a decision about size, style & shape of the product.

Concept design:

Surfacing:

The surface generation of product profiles is done as per the need of the product to help in formulating attractive shapes adhering to manufacturability, mock up & prototype generation.
We are engaged in manufacturing mock-ups as per the finalized industrial design concept, using Rapid Prototyping Machines, CNC machining and Manual Hand-Finishing Techniques resulting in the generation of prototypes for design evaluation prior to release of data for manufacturing.

However these are as per the final product but are manufactured using alternate methods of with or without minimum tooling.

Part and Assembly Design:

The parts are designed and assembled on the basis of their manufacturability, convenience of assembly function of the part and strength needed.

Technical Surfacing:

Evaluation as well as generation of surfaces in terms of points, curves etc are used in the product.

Detailing:

Generation of complete 2D drawings for each parts and assembly. Part drawing incorporates all the required details for manufacturing and quality inspection standards. Assembly drawing will have the expanded view, bill of materials and assembly dimensions.
