About Us

The maithal group has its humble origen in in a small effort made by the group founder, late raghunath a garwalla, when he set up maithan ceramic limited to manufacturing fire clay bricks in 1963. The guiding princple of setting up the manufacturing unit in close proximity to the customer and raw matrerials sources is steel preeminent in all project pursued by the group.

The foray into ferro alloys in 1993 was highly successful and the initial 10,000 MTPA Capacity has now blossomed into a 100,000 MTPA ferro alloy conglomerate comprising of 3 companies in West Bengal, Jharkhand and Meghalaya in India.
