Incepted in the year 1992, Majuka Furnishers Decorators & Packers is one of the leading names engaged in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of industrial packaging. These include wooden pallets, wooden boxes, corrugated boxes, corrugated packaging boxes, paperboard packaging boxes, wooden crates, cable drums, plywood pallet, corrugated box, and wooden packing box. Apart from this, we are also manufacturing customized industrial furniture, and customized commercial furniture.
Based at Sohna, Gurgaon, we are successfully catering the requirements of various clients all over India. We have one other branche located in Nasik (Maharashtra), which helps us to get better connectivity with the clients. To meet the bulk orders of our clients with in the time frame, we have a hi-tech manufacturing unit. Our unit has the installed capacity of 200 crates, 1500 box, and 3000 pallets per months.
We are continuously progressing under the able guidance of our founder and mentor Mr. Ravinder Majuka and Raju Majuka. Manufacturing Unit
We have well equipped manufacturing unit that enable us in meeting the bulk requirements of our clients with the stipulated time frame. Spread over a sprawling area of 2000 square feet, our unit has all the necessary machines and equipped to facilitate the manufacturing process. Our planned installed capacity per month is 1000 CFT, Pine wood, 1000 CFT Popular wood, 2500 CFT, U.K. Liptas (Safeda), 15000 CFT of miscellaneous wood per month. Our manufacturing capacity for per month is as follows:
• 200 crates • 1500 box • 3000 pallets
Furthermore, we also have an in house designing unit to develop new designs of industrial packaging and furniture. To reduce the work load of our machine operators, the manufacturing unit comprises following equipment to manufacture boxes:
• 10 Cutter-2 • Bend saw machine-3 • Band saw trolley machine • Penning machine-2 • Hand plenning machine • Hand drilling machine
Warehouse & Packaging
To ensure proper storage of our industrial packaging and customized furniture, we have a spacious warehouse. Our warehouse is divided into a number of sections to ensure easy and safe accommodation of pallets, boxes, crates, wooden desks, computer tables, drums and customized commercial furniture. Moreover, our warehouse has the following features:

We also offer packaging facility in quality packaging material for our wooden pallets, wooden box, wooden crates, cable drums, and plywood pallet. This ensures safe and damage free transit. However, to pack bulk orders, we use corrugated boxes and big cartons.
