We also possess tie ups with different turning centers for fulfillment of turning manufacturing needs. Additionally, we also have fruitful business tie ups grey iron, steel foundries and PDC (Pressure Die Casting) facilities to do following:

• Source castings and PDC components
• Machining
• Sub assemble the same as per the needs of our customer

The company has been running various pilot production lots to manufacture its range of products. With extreme success in this business, the company is now in the process of becoming a one-stop shop for producing and supplying various finished components and sub assemblies by expanding its facilities. We also look forward to take assistance by outsourcing facilities from associate firms and/or quality job workers.

A separate quality control department is also incorporated in our infrastructure. It is equipped with various machines and tools to quality check the products. Height Master - Electronics, 0.001, 600 MM height is one of the useful and efficient machines installed in the department, which is managed by a team of quality experts. They quality check the raw materials before their usage in the manufacturing process.

They also test the manufactured products on different parameters which includes following:

• Corrosion resistance
• Tensile strength
• Dimensions and many more

All the quality tests are based on ISO standards and we are in the process of acquiring ISO certification.
