Makpower Transformers (P) Ltd. has been established in 2003 and become a leading manufacturer of Sub-merged Arc Melting Furnace Transformers, 12 Pulse & 24 pulse Induction Melting Furnace Transformers, Dry type Transformers, Power and Distribution Transformers, HT Automatic Step Voltage Regulators and special type transformers. The company offers all types of transformers and other allied equipments for voltage class upto 132 KV and power rating 25 MVA.

We have proposed to install a 2nd unit of manufacturing Power Transformers upto 50 MVA, 132 KV class, over a land area of approx 1,00,000 sq. Ft. at NH 6, Bombay Road, Jagatpur, Uluberia, Howrah, West Bengal with in-house impulse testing lab.

The project is under implementation and planned to commission within a short period.

Our Project division is an Engineering group engaged in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of all types of High Voltage Sub-stations & Power Houses (upto 132 KV).

Apart from high voltage, we undertake the complete electrification work on "CONCEPT TO COMMISSIONING", of all electrical equipments, which includes EHV & HV sub-stations, LT Distribution network including erection of electrical motors, starters, capacitors, 220 Volts wiring with earthing system.

We are registered with The Chief Electrical Inspector, Directorate of Electricity, Govt. of West Bengal and executed prestigious project work in Kolkata, Siliguri & North Eastern regions.

The company is professionally managed and is well equipped with all site testing & commissioning equipments such as portable High Voltage Test sets, Primary & Secondary injection kits, Crimping tools and all allied tools & tackles. We have a full team of highly efficient electrical engineers, technocrats, skilled supervisors, workers to undertake any challenging works.
