This high speed electronic bar/ cake cutter uses a rotary knife action. Blade are driven by Electromagnetic Clutch Brake unit. This unit is controlled by signal processing unit which receives inputs from a roller driven Encoder roller runs on the product surface detecting measured length. When measured length equals datum length, the processor triggers the Clutch Brake. The Brake releases and then Clutch engages and Blade rotates through the products.

Pneumatic Cutters manufactured by us are of supreme quality. The cutting operations are carried out by means of one (two) Blades each one driven by a pneumatic actuator. The blades cuts across the soap bar ways (Black and Forth ) the cutter are fully guarded and the noise level is reduced to a minimum as per international rules.
Electronic Control:
The Slug (Billet) length is controlled by an encoder. The electric control cabinet is equipped a mini PLC to drive the Pneumatic actuator and to enable the unique Long Slug Recycle System, in connection with the press and the plodder operations.

We are engaged in offering a wide range of reciprocating cutting machines that are semi automatic machines used for cutting bars into small billets. Cutting bridge is fixed in machine and has an efficiency to cut 4-6 bars at a time. Some of the salient attributes are as follows:
