We are engaged in offering a wide enrage of three roll mill that is manufactured by using high grade raw material as per the requirements of various soap and detergent making industries. Our range comprises chilled casting rolls that can revolve in roller bearings and are interior cooled with water to percolate unwanted heating of the mass during operation.
There is a nonstop water circulation system from every rolls and the transfer of soap detergent mass from one roll to the next is allowed through various roll speeds. The first roll collects the mass and compresses it, while the second rolls runs quicker as compared to the first roll. Our range also comprises third roll that works faster than the second roll because of the speeds inter acting rolls. Following are the salient features of our range:
