Sigma Mixer We offer a wide range of sigma mixer that are known for optimum performance, utmost safety, kneading of viscous, fluids and semi-solids of medium and high density. These are widely used for making toilet soap, detergent cakes, pigments, clay coating, food products, pharmaceuticals and allied products.
Total dispersal is attained by means of desirable combination of stretching, folding, kneading and tearing action. Our range is accomplished through pressing the material against the walls of trough. The mixer arms revolve to scratch the loose portion of the mass in the mixer and carry these to other part of the trough, therefore re-distributing the contents.
Our range also consists of Z blades that provide effective movement of the material from each end of the trough to its centre. After this, release of the material is carried out by many methods such as tilting the trough manually or automatically and bottom discharge by providing the bottom opening. Moreover, our mixing machines are available in the capacity range of 25 to 2000 ltr depending upon density, viscosity and moisture. |

Industrial Pelletizer Our precision engineered industrial pelletizers are manufactured by using high grade raw material. These are extensively used for breaking the bigger lumps that comes out from the mixer. It turns down the mass after refining and homogenizing in form of noodles.
Our range comprises crest of cylindrical housing that is attached with a perforated plate and are used for cutting the noodles. These are available in various forms such as single worm pelletizers and twin worm pelletizers that are applicable for making toilet or detergent soaps. Moreover, these are also known for their production capacity 75 to 100 - 1500 kg/hr. |

Detergent Mixer We offer a wide range of Detergent Mixy that is manufactured to implement mixing and neutralization simultaneously. Our range consist of drum that is mounted horizontally on a firm chassis and have an axial horizontal shaft that is capable to move on a few hoof blades effecting mixing of dry ingredients.
The drum is fixed with multiple choppers that disburse the acid slurry into the complete mass in form of small globules. These globules are then atomized through carbon dioxide explosion that expose the atom of acid slurry to neutralizing ingredients.
Following are the attributes of our range:

Amalgamator Mixer We offer an assortment of amalgamated mixers that are used for mixing color, perfume, additives in soap chips, flakes, thin and fine noodles (2-3 mm thickness). Our range comprises blades set on a parallel shaft that are attached with close clearance in a 'U' shaped trough.
Owing to these blades, the mass rolls and folds it back to push down the material inside the trough to join the separate layers of mass. These have a capacity of 50 ltr to 250 ltr and are suitable for making detergent powder as it mixes rapidly with a proper diffusion of liquids and allied agents. |
