Tray Dryer is used for the purpose of drying results in conventional process. It has a double walled cabinet with one or two doors. The gap in between is filled with high density fiber glass wool insulation material to avoid excess heat transfer. Doors are provided with gaskets and the stainless steel trays are placed on the movable trolleys.

Dynamically balanced axial flow type blower fans are given for uniform air circulation in the drying chamber during process. It also has a control panel board with process timer which is also a digital temperature controller cum indicator. The capacity ranges from 6, 12, 24, 48, 96, 192 trays.

A.1.1 Coating Pan:- These are horizontal, cylindrical vessel (Pan) that come in size 1220mm diameter. They have welded on tori-spherical dished ends at both sides. The shell body is perforated in the triangular patch to ensure proper hot air inlet. The pan has a frontal opening for easy loading an unloading of tablets.
