Creel mats are made with well retted beach coir yarn of uniform colour, practically free from pith. These are available in natural, stenciled and bleached shades and in multi-colour designs. Bc-i & bc-2 are the most popular qualities. Available in standard or special sizes as per requirement. Bc-1 is the cheapest door mat now available in the market.
bleaching:- we are using hydrogen peroxide & kera white spraying and putting the mats in to the sun shine for drying, this will help the mat to get pure white colour. This process will give more brightness for printed designs than natural base designs. Weight per sq. Mtr. – 4. 600kg.

These are very durable mats with a compact brush and widely recognized as the most elegant doormat available in the market. These can be plain, stenciled or woven in beautiful designs by inserting coir fiber tufts into a woven base. Available in rectangular and half round shapes. This is also known as FM-2 Mats. For stenciling (Printing) we are using colour fastness water based pigments, any designs can be possible as per the customer’s choice.

Rubber Backed Coir brush mats and Non-Brush Mats are made with coir and rubber. The edges and bottom are covered with rubber and the front part is coir. Suitable for entrance and stairs. Available in standard or special sizes as per requirements.

Vinyl backed coir tufted doormats and brush matting rolls are made by tufting natural coir fiber into PVC backing. These mats are flexible and non-slippery and vinyl backing ensures that the dirt is trapped in the mat itself & it is easy to clean. These are highly durable mats with attractively printed designs. Available in all sizes & shapes.
