We, Malaiya Agro Engineering Private Limited, are one of the leading organizations of Malwa, M.P. engaged in manufacturing and marketing of an extensive range of agricultural implements,trailers, garbage bins, their dumper/placers and other tractor attachments. Set up in 1991 as a sister concern of M/s Vijay Foundry & Engg. Works, Khurai (known to be Central India’s largest manufacturing house in the field of threshers, seed drills and other tractor drawn implements), to cater to the rising demand of tractor equipments in this market, our company has been setting new trends, practices and parameters in design, quality, performance and services in this sector, eversince. We offer a wide range of suitable/tractor-matching implements, the broad categories of which include seed drills, reversible ploughs, ploughs & mini ploughs, cultivators (rigid & duck-foot type), land levellers, disc harrows, tractor trailers and garbage bins/dumper-placers.

Mr.Abhay Malaiya & Mrs. Seema Malaiya. are the directors of our company, who are making significant contribution towards our phenomenal growth. Today we are one of the most reputed concerns in the field of agricultural implements, with a turnover of more than Rs. 1,34,00,000.

Background of our Directors

Our managing director, Mr. Abhay Malaiya is a technical graduate from BITS, Pilani, & hails from an agriculturist/industrialist business family of Sagar (M.P.). He has to his credit vast exposure & experience in farming practices and usage of farm machinery, sales/service of tractors & other agriculture inputs & also in designing of new implements for tractors of the new generation.

Our other director, Mrs. Seema Malaiya hails from a group that pioneered the development of the Fluted Roller type seed drills in India (a product owned by almost every tractor owner farmer of Central India).

Future plans

We are planning to increase our annual turnover five folds in the next 3yrs. Productivity Enhancement : A new & modern unit is being set-up on the recently acquired plot in order to meet the rising demand for our products, and also to add new range of products that are not being manufactured in our area and state so far.

• Technological Up gradation : Design improvements have been and are further being made to enhance soil penetration/cutting and to reduce drag (load) on the tractor.

Quality Assurance

Understanding the importance of quality factor in achieving maximum customer satisfaction, we are laying immense emphasis on quality maintenance and upgradation. Since the application of our range is seasonal, production goes stage wise and in lot quantities, as targeted.

The raw material used is of top-notch quality. We never purchase undersize, disposal, used or reconditioned material. Further, we have set-up our own quality standards, that are strictly followed and implemented by our quality experts. Our equipment are tested on various quality parameters like performance, accuracy of cutting angles and resultant drag/load on the tractors, evenness of dimensions, minimum maintenance requirement and simple usage.

Infrastructure

We have a manufacturing plant that is spread across an area of 60,000 sq.ft. Well-equipped with latest machinery, it has the production capacity of 100 implements and 8-10 trailers, per month. Though the production is done on individual job basis, jigs and fixtures are being extensively used to maintain evenness of dimensions and accuracy of cutting angles.

We have an in-house manufacturing unit where processes of cutting, welding, fitting , fabrication, de- rusting and cleaning, painting, etc. takes place. Further, our outsourced manufacturing facility includes profile-cut plates, milling components (gear parts, etc.), shafting provision etc.

Clientele

Over the years, we have successfully built broad based clientèle spread across the nation. To meet the agricultural equipment requirements of different clients, belonging to different regions we have maintained strong logistics that includes numerous trucks .However transportation facility is also outsourced for smaller & larger quantities. We have dealers in M.P., Maharastra, Rajasthan & Karnataka and direct consumers in Andhra Pradesh as well.
