Malhar Industrial Associates was founded in 1987, as a Food Processing Equipment Manufacturing Company by a technocrat having a degree in Chemical Engineering and Business Management. The object was to bring into existance some of the design and application ideas by designing, manufacturing and commissioning innovativetailor made and special purposemachines for Indian Dairy, Fruit Processing and Indian Traditional Snack Food Industry.
The two-pronged srattegy was to modernise existing designs and make multipurpose, user friendly, energy efficient machines with low costAutomation and simultaneously develop new designs for new applications giving best Man-Machine Combinations.
Since last 15 years Malhar Industrial Associates has become prominent food processing equipment manufacturing company in the country. We have successfully installed machines and projects all over India for-
Manufacturing Khoa, White Basundi, Carmel coloured Basundi [ White Colour Addition ], Rasgulla, Ghee, Paneer, Cheese, Srikhand, Fruit Pulp [ Mango, Tomato, Orange etc.]. We also manufacture plant and equipments for processing of liquid Milk for manufacturing Indian sweets.
