Jaisalmer Yellow Sandstone is suitable for heavy traffic also & it is a point worth mentioning that it is the only sandstone which has good polishing ability.

Now Maloo Marbles (P) Ltd. is the biggest producer of Jaisalmer Yellow Sandstone in India with a total block production of 1,10,000 cft. per annum & sawing capacity of 90,000 sq. mtr. per annum.

Quality Policy / Processes

At Maloo Marbles we have an in-house designed three stage quality control system which does not leave any room for mistakes or carelessness. The first stage starts at quarry level where every individual block is carefully inspected. A 3D picture is drawn displaying all the characteristics. The second stage inspection is conducted upon sawing where the material is closely inspected & various findings are properly recorded with drawings. At the final stage the polished finished product is inspected using various gadgets. A proper recording is done at this level also. Before shipping, a photograph is taken of the material and the packing of every container and a proper record is maintained.
