We, at Malu Electrodes Pvt. Ltd., are a part of the P.R Malu Group, a corporate group engaged in several businesses such as coal, welding electrodes, paper industries, manganese processing plants, steel ingots and casting of various alloy grades. The company was established in the year 1992 and since then, it has been serving the fabricating industries with commitment and perfection. It has been manufacturing mild steel welding electrodes under the brand name of MANGALAM & HIGH-TIDE.

We export our products to several European, African and Gulf countries. Apart from the domestic market in India, we also cater to a wide network of clients from several gulf countries. We believe in developing products that conform to the highest standards of quality through the services of our skilled and technically proficient manpower and our range of innovative machinery.

Products

• Welding Electrodes
  The covered welding electrodes manufactured and exported by us are suitable for different kinds of industrial weldings. As on date we are manufacturing E6013, E7018, E7016, Hard Facing 250, 350 550 types of welding electrodes. The electrodes find their use in steel construction, machine building, ship building, general repairs and maintenance.
  
• Rutile Sand
  We are engaged in the import of rutile sand, which is used as raw material for titanium dioxide pigments, titanium metal and welding electrodes.

Infrastructure
We are equipped with different types of innovative machines to manufacture the electrodes through the processes of extrusion, baking and chemical and physical testing We have a separate packing section where the electrodes are weighed and put into cardboard boxes and shrink wrapped to protect them from moisture.

We also have a technically proficient team of people who help us in achieving the total commitment towards our products and total satisfaction of our clients and customers.
