• Shall be able to switch on and off the streetlight of rated load at rated power factor at pre-determined time

• It shall also have facility to select switching on and operation of streetlight when ambient light level falls below 60 Lux and switching off the light at pre-light detector used to sense the ambient light level shall be immune to moonlight and streetlight
• Streetlight on and off timing accuracy shall be maintained within +/- 60 seconds from preset time under the entire range of environmental operating condition
• It shall have facilities to switch ON and OFF the streetlight loads manually by passing the programmed circuit
• Over voltage protection at input shall operate when input voltage crosses 260 V
