Ayurveda home care kit is a scientifically modified form of choorna potala sweda. Principal used is sweda karma in the form of potali with rooksha dravyas in the medium of pain and swell care oil. It’s a more effective method for those who are not able to go under medicine therapy.

Extract of Trachyspermum roxburghianum, Anethum graveolens, Boswellia serrata, Aloe barbadensis, Shorea Robusta, Rock salt, Cantphor etc. The content of Potal sweda choorna is swedopaga and ruja-sopha hara herbs and cereals. The Potala thialam contains Sesame oil medicated with ruja-sopha hara dravyas.

Usage:-
 

• Take half the amount of Kizhi choornam and put it in the Kizhi vasthram.


• Then make a Kizhi (bolus) and tie it with the twain.


• 25 ml. of Kizhi thailam is poured into a vessel and heated.


• The Kizhi (bolus) prepared is dipped into the hot Kizhi thailam


• Apply the Kizhi thailam externally over the affected area.


• Gently press the hot Kizhi over the painful area.

 
Make sure that the Kizhi (bolus) is made hot periodically by dipping it into the hot Kizhi thailam and Kizhi thailam is added accordingly
