The company Mannan House of Exports was incorporated on 12th of August 1994, under the Companies Act 1956. Its first directors were Mohd. Abdul Mannan Khan and Smt. Raheel Banu.

The business of exports and imports, selling and buying, exchange, pledge and invest or advance upon all kinds of goods like home needs, raw materials, machinery, capital goods, manpower and consumables.

They act as Consultants, Managers, Advisors, Clearing and Forwarding Agents, Liaison, Organisers, Holders, Dealers, Distributors or Agents, on behalf of both Indian and foreign principals.

They also deal in arranging technology transfers, market tie-ups, buybacks, franchising, joint ventures, licensing, investments, deposits and savings mobilisation from both Indian and foreign persons or members of any company or public or any other institution.

They carry on the business of manufacturers and producers of fats, fertilizers, manure, sips, sprays, vermifuges, fungicides and remedies of all kinds of agricultural produce growing, or other remedies for men or animals, whether produced from vegetable, animal matter or any other chemical process.

They establish, erect, build, manage and run rice mills and mills for the manufacture of rice, different oils and other bye- products, including decoration and expelling of groundnuts, tobacco and castor.

They manufacture, assemble, fabricate, sell, buy, exchange, install, work, alter, improve, import and export or otherwise deal in plant, machinery, wagons, rolling stock, apparatus, tools, utensils, substances materials and chemicals.

Warehouse / Production CapacityThey draw, make, issue, accept, endorse, discount and negotiate promissory notes, cheques, hundies, bills of exchange, bill of lading, delivery orders, warrants warehouse keepers certificates and other negotiable instruments or commercial or mercantile instruments connected with the business of the company, subject to the banking regulation act, 1949.
