Manas make Electromagnetic Flow Meter named SROAT 1000Plus virtually appears as the ideal flowmeter suitable for wide range of liquid flow measurement. The measurement is independent of viscosity, dissolved/undissolved solids, pressure or temperature of the flowing liquid as long as it maintains certain conductivity.

Pertaining to special requirements, especially in Diary and other Food grade industry we have come up with meter –SG SROAT. The advantage in these sanitary flow meters is that it is compatible to the Service fluid. There is no danger of corrosion to the meter Faraday’s Law of electromagnetic Induction is the principle of operation. Also SROAT1000A transmitter is compatible with this meter.

Sroat-1000i is an ideal solution for flow measurement in large Diameter pipes. Fairly good accuracy available, provided care is taken during installation of probe and transmitter. Being an insertion type flow meter, virtually there will be no pressure loss. Most economical as compared to its counter part in ultrasonic measurement.

Due to Special requirement in water and wastewater, Manas has designed an economical, compact flow meters –JALOAGH. The variation in JALOAGH available are :

The meter is not only less in weight but easy to install also. Though the size may be small, absolutely no compromise has been made in the performance. Provides true volumetric measurement. The transmitter compatible with the JAL-OAGH Series is MFT-01.

The FIT -100 series is a compact sized Totalizer. It is designed to accept input from DP or Flow Transmitter. It has an option of LCD or LED Display. Totalizer can accept input from transmitter operating in Linear or Square Root mode. Flow is integrated to 8 –Digit Totalizer, from which 6-Digit can be easily viewed on Display window of Totalizer and remaining 2 digits can be viewed by simple press of an enter button. These universal process scanners have digital Indication for instantaneous value of process variable and corresponding channel number. All Input types are configurable through Keyboard. Unit offers facilities for easy programming and calibration. The option of LED or LCD display available.

Keeping in mind the requirement of signal conditioning in industries, we have come up with economical series. These instruments accept all common process variables as an input signal providing standard multiple analog Output signals. Currently we have two models available: 4400-DR and 4480 are available. First 4400-DR has plastic housing and 4480 has Extruded Aluminium channel. The former has dimensions in mm 77 X 67 X 127 And later has dimensions in mm 132.5 X 56 X 122.5 . Also the variation in Isolation is 4400 has optical isolation And 4480 has galvanic isolation. The max number of Outputs available in 4400 are 4 whereas in 4480 they are 4.
