Manatec is the first company in Asia to manufacture computerised wheel aligners and wheel balancers.
Manatec has an in-house R&D, recognised by Govt of India. All the products manufactured are designed and developed by the in-house R&D. The R&D team comprises of high qualified professionals.
The products are approved by all the vehicle & tyre manufacturers in India viz., Maruti, Tata motors, Hyundai, Ford, Mahindra, Skoda, Eicher, Hindustan Motors, Nissan , Appollo, JK Tyres, Ceat, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Reliance, Essar,HPCL, BPCL, IOCL,Elf gas etc.

We have a highly advanced manufacturing unit which is spread across a vast area of 130000 sq. ft. Our factory is located in Pondicherry, 160 kms from Chennai on the East coast of India. The unit is supported with state-of-the-art facilities to ensure mass production. It has well equiped machine shop, tool room and test facilities. The R&D dept has dedicated hardware & software design and development center. The department manages many sophisticated technologies like angle sensors, CCD cameras, image processing techniques, piezo electric sensors, pressure & temperature sensors etc.
It employes rapid prototyping facilities such as solid modelling, solid edge, simulation techniques and so on..
