{METALEX 30-G}

This is a Three in One chemical used for final removal of grease, oil, loose particles and rust and a must before phosphating. The recommended dosage is 1:3 i.e. 1 part of METELEX 30-G and three parts of water.

3 in 1 Multipurpose Metal Cleaner (simultaneous degreasing-derusting-phosphating) & Aluminum Cleaner.

Whenever Phosphating is not feasible, these chemicals can be effectively used for single stage/three stage Phosphating of components.
The advantages of 3 in 1 M.M.C. are easy handling, less area required, no power requirement and lower cost of treatment. These chemical impart iron phosphate to the tune 40 to 100 mgm. per sq. ft.

Due to low coating weight, Corrosion resistance is low and hence painting must be carried out as early as possible. Immersion treatment is always preferred to brush application and it gives much better results.
