Phosphating Chemicals
We offer various phosphating chemicals / tri-cationic phosphating and calcium modified phosphating chemicals which are used to protect metals from corrosion and increase their resistance to wear for further application. The phosphating chemicals are considered an ideal base for subsequent painting, liquid paints, powder coating, oil coating, rubber coating and cold forming. We offer following phosphating chemicals in our product range: Vanphos- Degreasing cum phosphating chemicals We offer Vanphos as an degreasing cum phosphating chemical for painting surface. Iron phosphated surface can be welded as it exhibits mechanical property.

Tricationic Phosphating Chemicals
This is Zinc and Calcium modified Phosphating chemical, which develops thin phosphate layer on the metal surface, which is very ideal for the bonding of metal and paint. This coating is necessary before any top coating or painting, for excellent corrosion resistant.

Nuts & Bolts, Automobile Parts & Equipments, Sheet Metal Components, Fabricated Parts, Steel Furniture, Bearings and Gears, Channels,
Use container:
Rigid Plastic, FRP Coated containers, Stainless steel.
Use Method:
Physical property:
- Appearance: Liquid.
- Colour: Clear colorless liquid.
- Odor: Acidic.
Dosage:
- It could be diluted with water up to 9 times at room temperature.
Treating time:
- 2- 5 minutes. Then wipe it off with a dry cloth. There is no need to clean with water prior to painting or any other.
Safety precautions:
- The solution is acidic in nature and therefore while using it, the worker should wear acid resisting gloves and goggles.
