In the year 1995 Mr.Asit K Ganguly , the founder of the prevalent ManCon group of industries , then known as ManCon a partnership firm, was assigned its first assignment to set up a storage location & manage inventory of a leading MNC in IT segment. The task in hand was completed so efficiently by the team of only 3 people, that it paved way for ManCon’s growth & diversification in the subsequent years.

In the year 1998, ManCon a partnership firm was incorporated as a private limited organization thus being known as ManCon India Services Pvt Ltd. Over a period of time MISPL expanded its horizon across India, and currently is present in over 20+ locations all over India and having more than 30+ establishments, a dedicated team of 100+ professionals, to support operations for various customers pertaining to IT sector.

In the late nineties & till early part of 2000, Indian logistics market was in a nascent stage, therefore to scale up & manage the rapid growth of the customer requirement & transactions, MISPL, took its first step in setting up a professional team of software developers – who were entrusted to develop dedicated applications to support the customer requirements. The MD’s foresightedness of venturing into IT support, soon turned out to be an business avenue of MISPL, which led the organization expand its service base for overseas customers.

MISPL, during late nineties was one of the few key players of the Indian logistics market to introduce a customized application known as MWMS to cater to the versatile requirements of the logistics industry, at an affordable cost, which was recognized, by all leading MNC companies, using the tool to strengthen their footage in India.

The founder of ManCon Group of Companies, Mr. Asit Ganguly, since inception had been very focused in cultivating a non bureaucratic work environment, with intellect values, utmost service quality and at the end developing ManCon as a people driven organization. In line to the MD’s commitment on optimum service deliverables, MISPL got its laid down processes certified by the highest standard of certification – ISO 9001:2000 by BSI in the year 2003.

In line to the global industry trend and the dynamic business enviorrment, MISPl diversified its service base thus entering into another trade segment of automibile & lubricant sector, thus giving birth to its sister concern Muka Exim Pvt Ltd & on hardware & break fix support, ManCon Outsourcing Pvt Ltd was established to cater to the customer requirements in the arena of technical support.
