Air Curtains
We offer a wide range of air curtains using mild steel, galvanized sheets, stainless steel, board laminates (powder coating is rendered on both sides of M.S / G.I sheets). However specific sizes can also be provided by us as per the customer's applications. These air curtains provide thermal barrier to prevent heat transfer to and from premises. These also prevent dust or insect infiltration into usable space. Our standard sizes are:

• The Air Handling Unit reaides in horizontal or vertical shape, both are with floor mounted and ceiling suspended variants.
• Consisting of mixing box section, Pre-filter section, Face & Bye-pass Section, Coil section, Fan section & Fine Filter section (as per required filtration).
• There are various units available with desired size, convering air capacities from 1000 to 50000 CFM at static pressures from 10 - 300 MM.
• Casing of each module is double skin construction with layers of plain G.I. sheet inside and pre-coated sheet outside, with 25mm/ 50mm.thick expanded polystyrene insulation sandwiched in between the two layers.
• The AHUs can supplied in other materials of construction e.g. stainless steel, aluminium etc. as per specified requirements.
• Single skin AHUs are also available in G.I. sheet construction with choice of specified coating and sheet thickness.

We manufacture superior quality dispensing booths which are specially designed for product sampling, dispensing, bulk drug canister filling. These equipment minimize the risk of contaminating the work zone ensuring health and safety of people working with the chemical/powder.

The product is based on the process of recirculation of air and ensures that the cloud formed by the material dispensed is sucked in natural pattern and arrested by its pre filters. The air is again supplied back to the work zone with the help of HEPA filters.

HEPA Filters

The standard HEPA Filters made by us are 9.997% efficient at 0.3 microns which enables better than Class 100 conditions.The standard HEPA filters manufactured by the company are 9 in which additional sample protection is required, air cleanliness levels may be enhanced by the use of 0.3 micron HEPA filters.

Micro Filters

Introduction:

Also known as fine filters or 5 micron / 3 micron filters and are suitable for both EU-5 and EU-6 operations.

Application:

Filters particles down to 5 or 3 microns, with an efficiency of 99.9%. Recommended for industrial and class applications.

These filters can be directly installed in AHUs or mounted in banks in separate single skin plenums.

Media And Its Function:

Superior quality non-woven synthetic filter media with regular labyrinthine structure being built or synthetic fibers, which are bonded together by a special resin. This media is sandwiched between two layers of HDPE mesh, which acts as a retainer.

Construction and Support:

Large number of pleats of the media enhance the filtration area for better efficiency.

To improve the efficiency of the filters, they are made 100% leak proof by securely fixing the media pack to the periphery of the enclosure frame using epoxy hardener.

Available in M.S. / aluminium construction with / without flange, and are spray painted with synthetic enamel paints.
