Ceramic multi hole discs, grommet bushes & resistor threaded tubes
Multi hole ceramic discs for bunching heaters for insulation purpose are made from 50 mm dia. To 200 mm dia and thickness from 10 mm to 35 mm. Hole nos & sizes as per customer application and drawings. Lock ring groove grommets are made from 15 mm dia. To 32 mm dia. Cordierite & porcelain threaded tubes for heaters & resistors are made to customer specifications & sizes. Plain & threaded cordierite or porcelain tubes are made for heaters & resistors in various sizes.
these are manufactured using high grade raw material such as:

• High alumina refractory c-510: 60% alumina porous material structure with low mechanical strength and high refractories
• Steatite grade l-3 c-220: primarily magnesia silicate impervious material structure with economical low mechanical strength and good volume resistance
• Cordierite refractory c-511: contains magnesia aluminosilicate and has features such as porous material structure, low mechanical strength,  high resistance to thermal shock low linear expansion
• Hard porcelain c-610: aluminosilicate contains more than 50% alumina impervious material structure. These have excellent mechanical strength, and high thermal conductivity
