We offer acceclofenac tablets chemically known as [2-(2',6-dichlorophenyl) amino] phenylacetoxyacetic acid]. This is a phenylacetic acid derivative with potent analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties and an improved gastrointestinal tolerance. Aceclofenac and paracetamol are available individually as well as in combination with other drugs. There is no HPLC method which determines these drugs in combined dosage forms.  With the RP-HPLC method with ultraviolet detection the simultaneous determination of paracetamol and aceclofenac in pharmaceutical dosage forms is possible. The present RP-HPLC method was validated following the ICH guidelines.

Amoxicillin is used for treatment of certain infections caused by bacteria such as pneumonia, bronchitis, gonorrhea and for infections of ears, nose, throat, urinary tract and skin. It is also used with other medication to eliminate H. pylori, bacteria that cause ulcers.

Amoxicillin is rapidly absorbed from the gut to an extent of 72 to 93%. The absorption process is independent of food intake. After medication the peak blood levels are achieved within 1 or 2 hours. Amoxicillin is not highly protein bound with approximately 18% of total plasma drug content is bound to protein. It readily diffuses into body tissues and fluid except that of the brain and spinal fluid. Inflammation generally increases the permeability of the meninges to penicillins and this may apply to amoxicillin. Amoxicillin crosses the placenta and a small percentage is excreted into the breast milk.
