Cleaning Principle

• The Clearer rollers need to be cleaned with a stiff material like metal wires but without damaging the fiber of the clearer roller.
• The special grade metal wire softly goes into the bottom surface of the roller and removes fluff and dust accumulated there.
• Such gentle and through cleaning of clearer roller at regular intervals ensures longevity of the clearer roller.

Technical Specification

• The machine is driven by a 0.25 HP, 415 Volts AC Induction motor fitted with life lubricated, maintenance free and light weight gear box. The machine weighs only 70 Kgs for easy Operation.

MANIRAJ FLUTED ROLLER TRUEING MACHINE

• Manually operated to rectify the eccentricity of rollers.
• Mainly used for straightening the spinning flutted roller shafts,carding flats,simplex flutted roller.
• Rigid body to avoid deflection.
• Dial indicator fixed on an adjustable bracket on the horizontal rod facilitates to check eccentricity of diffrent type of roller without removing the rollers.
