Quality Assurance

We choose high-graded fabric such as Woven, non-woven, coated, treated, depending on the process of application such as Gramamge, Air permeability, Mesh, Micron, Thermal Stability and Breaking strength.
These fabrics are properly cut to required sizes as per drawings by suing heat set cutter & stitched with two or three needle seamless chain stitch line using appropriate threads. Further, finally, for mechanical arrangements, metal rings & metal cages are fixed with bags.
