Chemical Analysis:
Chemical Compositions analysis practiced to ensure desired chemical standards.
Atmospheric Pressure and Hydraulic Test:
Experimented to pressure pipes one by one under a necessary pressure value in no less than 5 seconds and no leakage should occur. Normal hydraulic pressure value is 2.45Mpa and atmospheric pressure is P-0.59Mpa.
Corrosion Test:
Corrosion resistance test has been experimented to the corrosion-resistance pipes in conformity with the standards stipulated or jointly agreed corrosion measures and no tendency of intercrystalline corrosion should occur.
Technical Performances Test:
Flattening test, tensile test, impact test, flaring test, hardness test, metallographic test, bending test, nondestructive inspection eddy current test, X ray test and ultrasonic test.
