 |  In our quest to provide services to construction industry, we have developed Dynamic Mechanical Bar Splicing System that provides reliable and effective solution to the congestion of reinforcement bars found in heavily reinforced concrete.
Dynamic Bar Splicing System is a method of joining deformed reinforcement bars end to end by using specially manufactured steel sleeves, which are hydraulically swagged onto the ribs of the deformed bars by means of hydraulic bar grip jacks operating at high pressures.
Features of Bar Splicing System: - Joints achieve the mechanical strength of bars

Dynamic splicing jacks are available for bars up to 45mm diameter. The technical information regarding splicing for bars of 16mm, 20mm, 28mm, 32mm, 36mm & 45mm can be provided on request.
Dynamic bar splicing system can be extensively used for splicing of reinforcement bars for Beams, Columns, Reservoirs, Tanks, Silos, Tunnels, Shafts, Floor Slabs, Towers & Dams etc.
The Dynamic Bar Splicing System has been developed in accordance with the specifications laid down in ASME Section-Ill, Division-2. The HYSD bars used in splicing application should be in accordance with IS: 1786. |

|  Void former tubes are embedded to reduce the concrete cross sectional area and are thus useful to save the volume of concrete. The reduction in dead weight is substantial, thereby ensuring economy in design of substructure. Void forming tubes obtain very high radial rigidity by means of special corrugations.
Dynamic group has developed machine for manufacturing void formers for various sizes-diameters ranging from 250mm to 1500mm. Void former machines are portable, which can be installed at site thereby reducing the transportation cost & saving time.
Dynamic Void formers are installed on many prestigious National Highway Projects for contractors like LG-Patel JV for Galaxy Flyover (2000m), Persys-ATL JV for Yamuna Bridge (1000 ID), UPSBCL for Delhi Flyover (600 ID-1200m), LIMAK-SOMA JV (800ID-510 m), Unitech Ltd. for Delhi Project (1200 ID) etc.
Void forming tubes meet the requirements of concrete structures for a highly rigid but light sheet metal tube that can withstand concrete pressure without deformation. The seam is highly tight, thus preventing water from entering the tube. The low weight makes tube handling easy and their internal seams and corrugations ensure that the tubes do not catch on each other and facilitate the mounting of female end cones or caps. |

 |  The crucial part of Viscous Hydro-Damper is a hydraulic device. It includes connective components, guides, pistons, damping vents, cylinders, sealers, and damping mediums, etc. Its basic mechanism is that structure under seismic or wind load, the adhered damper guide will be enforced to push piston moving. The viscous liquid at both sides of piston shall form pressure difference and drive damping medium (liquid) passing through damping vent. Thus a damping force is created. Some of structure's vibration energy shall be consumed by viscous liquid to realize suppressing vibration (seismic or wind vibrating) reactions.
Characteristics and Application Status:
The research on controlling vibration on structure by viscous hydro-damper arose in 1980's. US and Japan are leading in this filed. So far, there are numerous engineering project applying viscous hydro-damper, including high buildings, bridges, railways, gymnasiums, oil rigs as well as satellite launching towers.
The viscous hydro-damper fitting on engineering projects profits from is remarkable performance. Under static condition, it has no initial stiffness and causes no affects for structure's calculation on vibration period, mode, etc, and no other unforeseeable side effects. It shall not cause annexed interior force due to temperature change, shrinkage or creeping create slow flexible deformation on structures. But to sharply deformation, it can absorb energy swiftly, and reduce acceleration and displacement on structures.
The viscous hydro-damper also features with small bulk and weight, easy for installation, slightly relating to inspiriting frequency and temperature, sound endurance, etc.
Liuzhou Orient Engineering Rubber Products Co., Ltd developed and manufactured the viscous hydro-dampers. They are capable of providing accurate analysis for required damper and basing on which to make high performance damper. Their viscous hydro-dampers have applied on Naning bridge and Guangxi. |
