NOTICE is hereby given that the 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Saturday, the 30th day of August 2008 at 10 a.m. at the registered office of the company to consider the ordinary and special business as specified in the notice convening such meeting, being individually posted to the members at their registered address.
A member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is also entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on a poll in his stead and the proxy need not be a member. Proxy, in order to be effective, must reach the registered office of the company not less than 48 hours before the time fixed for the meeting in the prescribed manner.
Pursuant to Section 154 of Companies Act, 1956, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from 16th day of August 2008 to 30th day of August 2008 (both days inclusive).
