Process for Fittings:

• Then these get heated, and gradually melt through the barrel.
• The screw pushes the molten mass into the mold cavity after mold closure.
• The component is ejected after cooling, and another cycle starts.

The process for manufacturing pipe is as follows:

• The Polyethylene granules are fed into processing machine in order to extrude the pipes.
• The polymer that is melted from extruder barrel is pushed by screw, which passes through die & material while acquiring pipe shape.
• The calibration fixes the sizes & cooling through the tanks making the pipes rigid.
• Hence, these pipes are either rolled into coils or cut into suitable lengths.
