Manganese Dioxide

We offer different grades of manganese dioxide, to be used in varied industries. Our company has made a breakthrogh by producing granular form of MnO2. These products need a precise distribution of size ranging from 0.5 mm to 1mm

To produce different grades of MnO2 we use 60 % - 90 %of MnO2 in powder as well as granular form. The powder form ranges from 100 mesh to 300 mesh (BSS) and granular form and the granular form ranges from 0.4 mm to 1mm. We have a total production capacity of 900 metric ton/month.

The powder form of MnO2 is used in battery industry, glass industry, zinc smelting industry and ceramic industry. Where as the granular form is efficiently used in the glass industry, for the coloring of glasses. This form of MnO2 is also used in water treatment plants to remove iron from water.

Copper Sulphate

Copper sulphate is the common name for the blue crystalline cupric sulfate, in which copper has valence 2. It is soluble in water but insoluble in alcohol. It usually crystallizes as a pentahydrate compound containing five molecules of water (CuSO4×5H2O) and is known in commerce as blue vitriol. It is prepared by the treatment of copper oxides with sulfuric acid. Copper sulphate is utilized chiefly for agricultural purposes, as a pesticide, germicide, feed additive, and soil additive. It is also used as a raw material in the preparation of other copper compounds, electrolyte for batteries and electroplating baths, and in medicine as a locally applied fungicide, bactericide, and astringent. It also finds wide use in the preparation of pigments.

Copper Oxide
Copper Oxide

We also offer our clinets the copper oxide which we supply in two forms of cuprous oxide. Cuprous oxide ( copper (I) oxide Cu2O) is found in nature as cuprite and formed on copper by heat. It is a red color crystal used as a pigment and fungicide. It is used as an antifouling agent for marine paints. But it is not used on vessels with aluminium hulls. The copper is incompatible with aluminium. Cupric oxide ( copper (II) oxide CuO) is a black crystal. It is used in making fibers and ceramics, gas analyses and for Welding fluxes. Specifications

Cobalt Oxide
Cobalt Oxide

We also deal in cobalt oxide which is been used as a metallic pigment that provides blue coloring in porcelains and glass. Various forms of cobalt oxide changes to CoO at 850 - 900 C. CoO is a grayish brown powder that decomposes at 1935 C, insoluble in water. It is also used as a drying agent in inks and varnishes and as a feed and fertilizer additive. Cobalt carbonate has same coloring application as it decomposes to cobalt oxide at high temperature. Cobalt carbonate tends to disperse better in a glaze but can produce blisters because of the CO2 gas presence at high temperature. Commercial grades of cobalt carbonate are the complex of carbonate and hydroxide such as cobalt carbonate hydroxide (1:1) (CAS RN: 12069-68-0), Cobalt carbonate hydroxide (2:3) (CAS RN: 12602-23-2), and cobalt carbonate hydroxide (2:3) monohydrate (CAS RN: 51839-24-8).
