Case of die cast aluminium with screwed bezel black epoxy coated. Exclusive protection IP55; Accuracy ±1%, Dial Size 100, 150 and 250mm; available in all standard process connections.

Its function is to safeguard the measuring system from overload. Recommended where the line pressure is likely to exceed the maximum range of the pressure gauge thus preventing failure and damage to the Pressure Gauge. Available in 3 different ranges depending on set value required in body material of brass or stainless steel.

The HTP1 Pressure Test System has been developed using the combined in -house skills of computer simulation and the experienced gained over many years of "on-site" calibration. The Hydraulic Pressure test system is a light weight portable test system capable of generating hydraulic pressure Upto 700 or 1000 bar. Medium used is mineral oil or distilled water. The LTP1 pressure test system is a portable hand operated unit suitable for generating pressure from -0.8bar (vacuum) to 2 bar. It has fine volumetric presssure/ vacuum adjuster with 0.1mbar. It is supplied in a light high quality carrying case with adapters, a set of washers and with a provision for additional instruments with a flexible hose.

SI make digital test gauge DTG2K offers an accurate and convenient replacement to standard analogue test gauges. Accuracy + 0.2% FS, with resolution of 4½ digits. Available in five standard ranges the unit can display any of the following standard pressure units ( hPa/mbar, bar, kP/cm², psi, kPa, and Mpa ) with ranges from -1 to 1000 bar.

Consisting of two bourdon tubes, one for high and one for low pressure line and the pointer of the instrument gives direct reading of differential pressure. Each bourdon tube can take maximum pressure of 1. 3 times the maximum range shown on the dial.

The 2000, 6000 and 9000 series range of deadweight testers from SI Pressure Instruments Ltd., UK provides a high precision pressure calibration source for many applications. The range of the deadweight testers is from -1 to 5000 bar. Features are ease of use and high priming capability. These testers are available with single and double piston and with motorised options. Standard Accuracy is +0.025%. Accuracy to 0.015% is also available as an options.
