Our main motive is to provide customer satisfaction by deliver high quality moulds at timely delivery. At our Ahmedabad plant, we have in house fully integrated highly precision advanced CNC machines, Measuring equipments and Gauges, CAD/CAM software and allied Tool room equipments.
Using the advance technology, we can offer thorough and intricate 2D, 3 D work with desired accuracy and precision. The mould and allied components are inspected at different operations for accuracy using different gages and measuring equipments. Finally moulds are tested right from its parting line, cooling path, alignments, volumetric capacity to surface finish a last activity for best performance. |
Quality Policy / ProcessesQuality
As regards the quality control and inspection of cap –closure mould, at the beginning of the design, we pay much attention to customers’ like weight, shape and thread etc. During building we select the most suitable machining techniques and tools to get a nice product body. After assembly, we will test the mould several times. Adjustment will be done If needed on the mould so that it meet customer’ requirement completely.
