We “Mansfield Cable Co., are well known for manufacturing & exporting of motor wires, wire cables, motor cables, wiring cables, wires & cables. Established in the year 1978, by Sri K.S Chadha, an engineer by profession, the company has gained wide spread recognition in industry.
Our three decades of industrial experience has assisted us to hold specialization in the production of high temperature cables, which find usage as terminal leads on motors/generators & also import substitutes. We have well developed manufacturing and testing setup for meeting the demands of insulated rubber cables, PVC, XLPE, PE, induction heating cables, Rubber, PTFE cables in different voltage grades & up to 1000 sq. mm.
Cables are manufactured using annealed & highly conductive,
electrical grade copper and top grade aluminium conductor, which is
insulated with special grade elastomer/PVC compound. Today, backed by ISO 9001:2000 certification, we export to countries
like Kuwait, Malta, Cyprus, UAE, Singapore, UK, Turkey, Africa and the
Sultanate of Oman.
Further, our D&B D-U-N-S ® accredition (65-022-8518),is recognized
as global business identification standard, which showcase the best
practices followed by us. It has helped us to become preferred

Scope of manufacturing
Mansfield manufactures all types of Copper / Aluminium PVC, XLPE AND Rubber cables including Silicone cables and high temperature cables up to 13.8 KV grade. We follow IS and IEC standards for manufacture of cables. Besides this cables are also manufactured as per customer specifications. |

Quality
We have adequate testing facilities. Instruments are calibrated through a NABL approved lab and instrument list is reviewed and checked randomly. There are well defind procedures for testing and Third party inspection facility is made available from ABS, BVS, IRS, LLYOD's RITES & PDIL etc. Type tests are conducted through CPRI, Muradnagar.
