Silicone Cables |
 |
Our range of silicon cables come with silicone rubber insulation and are conventionally fibre glass braided, ensuring excellent electrical properties & high thermal resistance. It helps the cables to withstand maximum continuous temperature of 150/180°C for continuous & 250°C for short-circuit operations.
It can also withstand minimum working temperatures of -55°C and helps in maintaining circuit continuity even in fire as silicone rubber burns into an insulating ash. Further our cables are also resistant to moisture, ozone radiation & chemicals.

Power Cables |
 |
Mansfield Cable presents complete range of LT, PVC insulated, Armoured & Unarmoured power cable for nearly every application, Manufactured on latest machines & tested on highly sophisticated test equipments, Mansfield power cables ensure fault free operation over a prolonged period of time.
Cross linked polythene (XLPE) is a thermosetting material obtained by forming cross linkages in polythene molecules. In the past two decades PVC had been the preferred material for insulating cables. It suffered from inherent disadvantages because of its thermoplastic nature. This restricted the maximum operating temperature of the conductor and ability to withstand thermal overloads. It also had higher dielectric loss.

Power Control Cables |
 |
Control Cables differ from Power Cable in their application that they are used to carry control signal of low power strength, but can be subjected to severe working temperature condition like heaters, boilers and can be exposed to oil, chemicals and other solvents.
Mansfield presents control cables to suit Indian industry requirement. Its specially formulated outer sheath (jacket) is indigenously designed to withstand harshest of environmental conditions. Available in tinned and bare copper conductors.
Mansfield Control Cables can be customized as per requirement. For more than 5 cores, cores are grey colored with individual core number printed in numerial and word through out the length.
FRLS XLPE Cables
XLPE Cables can also be used with FRLS PVC sheathing to meet flame retardent low smoke properties.

Instrumentation cable |
 |
Process Instruments, Equipments, Transducers Require Transmitting Low Level Signal Transmission To Different Places In Plant. These Places may house boiler and turbine where temperature is well 100C or chemical reactors which add toxic fumes and liquids in the environment. Mansfield Instrumentation Cables are designed, manufactured and tested for such conditions. Mansfield Instrumentation Cables assure signal transmission free from external noise with zero signal loss and minimum distortion. Instrumentation Cables are also manufactured as per customer requirement and specification.
Sizes Covered : 0.25mm, 0.5mm, 0.75 mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.5mm

Ship Wiring Cables |
 |
Mansfield manufacturers comprehensive range of wiring cables to B.I.S, British Standards or Defence specifications or in accordance with customer requirements.
The cables are resistant to toxic vapour, oils and heat. Aircraft wiring cables are also suitable for industrial applications.
|
| | |
Cables for Defence |
 |
The British Standards states the requirements for 'Nyvin' type cables for aircraft wiring. The cables are suitable for use in circuits in which the voltage between conductors, between a conductor and a metal braid, surrounding it and between a conductor and the aircraft structure nowhere exceeds 600 volts r.m.s and in which the frequency does not exceed 1600 c/s.
